Ricki in her own words:
I am an Integrated Health & Learning Coach with keen skills for researching specific topic areas to provide my clients with the evidence-based health solutions that they seek to heal. I apply my skills in a number of areas, including but not limited to gut health, exercise, cognitive training, financial & lifestyle stress management. As a Certified Cogmed Coach, a key focus of my work is to empower parents to help their children to learn by improving their working memory issues with the use of Cogmed working memory training program. I take an integrated holistic approach with the children that involves looking at other areas of their lives including health, emotional, relationship and lifestyle issues. I also help adults with “brain fog” and working memory issues so that they can be more productive at home, work and play.
I have a proven ability to see where health and learning issues exist and undertake a quick analysis to make the relevant recommendations to seek solutions for optimal health, wellness and lifestyle outcomes. I apply these skills and adapt one to one bioindividual solutions to ensure I can develop unique strategies for people to grow so that they can be the best version of themselves. Too many people are struggling with poor health which is often a direct consequence of stress suffered due to poor management of health, stress, lifestyle, finances and relationship circumstances. This then impacts of performance and affects many areas of their lives which has a direct impact on others.
I believe that at the core of all of this is education. Education is a lifelong process and it’s about educating populations to live the best lives that they can live. Providing people with proven strategies that work to manage health, stress, finances and lifestyle circumstances.
Everyone deserves to live the best life they can live!
